Seriously difficult to do business with. The town clerk is in two days a week, but you are not usually able to reach her by phone on those days. Tax bills are mailed out randomly, usually about when they are due. I requested a copy in February, the town clerk was birthing goats at home according to a neighbor. I still have not received the copy I require for my taxes. She left me a voicemail at home a week later telling me the amount of the tax bill, which we paid, still no copy of the bill or receipt. We'll see if she faxes it as my voicemail requested.
